Having trouble downloading from the store?
1.  Yahoo email will not work with the music store.  We recommend Gmail as we have not had any issues with Gmail's functionability.

2.  All downloads must be performed within 48 hours of transaction.

3.  Until we straighten out shipping (which there should be none for downloads), please do not download more than 10 tracks at a time.

4.  When you receive the email with the song link, you may encounter several issues.  a) If your notification email appears blank, keep scrolling down. b) If the link you receive appears on more than one line, copy the first line and paste it to your browser.  Then copy the 2nd line and paste it at the end of the previous line you pasted... etc. c) if you "never" receive an email in your INBOX, check your BULK or JUNK mail folder (where applicable).  It's possible your ISP is misinterpreting the email as JUNK mail.  And d) temporarily lower your browser's security settings.  Some browser settings have been blocking the store from working properly.

As always, if you still have trouble, contact me and include which song(s) you purchased as well as a copy of your Paypal receipt. (Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.  We will try to tend to your problem as quickly as possible).
